Green Hydrogen
We conduct research related to the production, collection, transport and use of pure hydrogen.
Hydrogen is the most abundant element on Earth and in the universe. However, it should not be considered a fuel, but a means of storing energy. In order for it to be used on a large scale, a lot of research must be carried out.
Among the methods of hydrogen production using renewable energy sources, the electrolysis of water is the most promising – high purity of the produced hydrogen
H2 Energy Sp. z o.o. is a member of European Clean Hydrogen Alliance.
Electrolysers are used for production, they can be divided into:
- SOE
- Alkaline
- PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) – are used in hydrogen generators with the required very high purity (even up to 99.9999%).
There are three types of green hydrogen in the mobile industry:
- H35 – it is used only in large cars, such as buses or trucks;
- H35HF – is used in large commercial vehicles such as buses and trucks;
- H70 – used in passenger cars and small delivery vans.
